Happy Birthday Umpa

Tieve and Lianne headed out first thing in the morning with a list of things to buy in Solihull but quickly found that shopping takes a little longer than expected when you don't know what shops stock certain items and where those shops are. Eventually all but one item had been purchased, including presents for Umpa.

Tieve played the important role of 'official ticket holder' on the bus and we headed back to Aunty Jo's house to get ready for Umpa's surprise birthday barbeque. We luckily mananged to beat them home after they had spent the past two days picking up and learning how to use their new caravan. Phil and Anna soon arrived and the festivities began. Anna did an excellent job of cooking the food on the bbq after Phil abandoned it to answer the constant flow of phone calls and Jo and Helen held the fort in the kitchen. The chocolate cake that followed was extremely well recieved and a good time was had by all.

In the evening we spent twice as long as we should have, trying to watch Twilight but kept being interupted by Phil and Gavin who were set on completly destroying our viewing experience.
